In order to reduce fraud, Paired-Box will accomplish these tasks:
1)Use a unique method to turn an election into thousands of ultra-small, 50-person elections, so that fraud can be more easily traced… while still maintaining the policy of ‘secret ballot’.
2)As inspection and counting of mail-in ballots and envelopes proceeds, allow audience members to see each document, in close-up, on overhead monitors… thus turning each member of the public into a Poll Watcher.
3)All documents will be stored, permanently. Any given document can be located easily in the storage facility… thus allowing for future investigations, as well as current investigations. These documents will also be computerized, for ease of viewing.
4)Paired-Box can be partnered with other techniques… such as computerized lists of vacant lots, homeless shelters and other fraud-susceptible addresses… in order to increase it’s effectiveness.
